Rachel Frutkin, USATF-2, RRCA, NASM-CPT

Coach Rachel Frutkin officially began her fitness career in 2015. Always an active and curious child, Rachel has always been inclined to spend time outdoors and take on physical challenges.

In 2015, Rachel received her run coaching certification from the Road Runners Club of America. In this capacity, she has coached individuals and teams to achieve personal records — both time and distance, encouraged those filled with doubt to embrace the challenge and achieve their goals, and brought the nationwide youth running program Kids Run the Nation to Cleveland.

Rachel earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018 and in 2021 rounded out her education by becoming a USA Track & Field level 2 endurance coach.

Through her years as a running coach and personal trainer, she has enjoyed learning more about the human body and it’s capacity to take on much more than we often give it credit. Rachel sees the potential in every person and every body to achieve greatness and live a healthier, happier, and longer life. She wants every client to succeed and makes sure to keep things interesting and fun along the way. After all, “life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”

 

Lillie Burkons, 200-RYT

Lillie Burkons is a yogi, attorney, human connector, and former D1 athlete. She completed her 200-HR teacher training at Citizen Yoga in Orange, Ohio. She loves breath work and is highly meditated. Lillie trains both youth and adults. She completed an apprenticeship with Swami Atmarupa and trained with The Go yoga initiative.
