Coach Rachel has spent a large portion of the last decade developing runners of all capabilities, terrain, and distances. An ultra runner herself, she has the knowledge and dedication to help you achieve your goals.
Coach Rachel works with runners of all types and abilities including (and not limited to): military, police, fire, and other government officials; stay-at-home-moms and brand new couch-to-5K runners; ultra runners, high school athletes, and elementary-aged runners.
Personalized coaching is online virtual training with plans tailored to your specific fitness level and goals. Beginning at $75/month.
1:1 coaching is in-person and a great option if you need help with speed and strength workouts, a running buddy, or to have someone to bounce ideas off of during your training cycle. Beginning at $30/hour.
For those seeking guidance on proper running form or injury prevention, a gait analysis is the first step to take. Your gait will be recorded and analyzed. Inefficiencies and possible running compensations will be pinpointed, and exercises, stretches, and other suggestions will be made as needed. Beginning at $150.
