$5 per class

You can purchase one at a time, or multiple classes at once! Just be sure to sign up for your class so we know you’re attending!

Payments for virtual and in-person class passes may be submitted through Venmo. If you do not use Venmo and would like to purchase virtual class passes, please contact No Excuses Training.


Personal training sessions can be conducted using appropriate physical distancing measures including the use of face masks when appropriate. Please contact No Excuses Training for more information on precautions we are taking for one-on-one sessions.

If you prefer one-on-one training, personal training is the best option. Choose from the options below. Sessions will be coordinated directly with Coach Rachel.

2 sessions: $85

4 sessions: $160

6 sessions: $229

Cancellation policy

It is your responsibility to notify and inform the instructor of your absence or cancellation. 12 hours advance notice is required in order for credits to apply to a future class. Less than 12 hours notice, or a no-show, will result in the credit being applied toward original class sign-up. Thank you.



If you are currently training with Coach Rachel as a monthly-billed running client, you will receive discounted hourly training sessions. Please contact Coach Rachel to schedule these appointments.
