First Class FREE | No Excuses Training

Mish Mosh Fitness

Anything goes with Mish Mosh classes! Could be strength training, could be HIIT, could be barre-inspired. Come to class and find out! *This is a kid-friendly class.

Slash/Burn Bootcamp

Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity, high energy class. Bootcamp is a great way to burn off some steam, challenge yourself, and tone your body. Classes are tons of fun and designed to maximize the afterburn effect.

Strength Training

Strength training classes are geared toward individuals who want to increase lean muscle mass and overall strength. Movements are slow and controlled. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness.
