No Excuses Training is a boutique fitness experience. Our philosophy is to make working out fun, challenging, and worth doing again. Coach Rachel takes every opportunity to talk with clients and athletes about the importance of living well and makes sure each workout is exciting enough to come back and do again.
Using a mixture of traditional strength training, functional fitness, and high intensity interval training, there’s truly something for everyone. We strive to keep things fresh and fun by constantly varying all aspects of training – from types and styles of workouts all the way to the music selection. You’ll find something new at every class!

Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity, high energy class. Bootcamp is a great way to burn off some steam, challenge yourself, and tone your body. Classes are tons of fun and designed to maximize the afterburn effect.
Strength training classes are geared toward individuals who want to increase lean muscle mass and overall strength. Movements are slow and controlled. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness.
Personal training is a great option for everybody. Maybe you’re new to the gym scene, or you just want to get in shape. Perhaps you’re coming back from — or preventing — injury as an athlete of another sport. Strength and conditioning training can benefit everyone of all ages and walks of life. Coach Rachel is also a certified running coach. In addition to single-athlete coaching, she offers a couple group training options each year. She is also the head coach of Kids Run the Nation Cleveland. KRTN is an inclusive, nationwide youth running program.
