No Excuses Training is a boutique fitness experience. Our philosophy is to make working out fun, challenging, and worth doing again.

Using a mixture of traditional strength training, functional fitness, and high intensity interval training, there’s truly something for everyone. We strive to keep things fresh and fun by constantly varying all aspects of training – from types and styles of workouts all the way to the music selection. You’ll find something new at every class!

No Excuses Training classes are currently all held on Zoom! Which gives you the ultimate in flexibility of which classes you attend and how often. We looking forward to getting back to in-person workouts soon, but in the meantime, join us online!

FitFlex strength training classes are geared toward individuals who want to increase lean muscle mass and overall strength. Movements are slow and controlled. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness.


Slash+Burn bootcamp is a high intensity, high energy class. Classes are tons of fun and designed to maximize the afterburn effect. Be sure to bring some water — you’re gonna get sweaty!!


What do you get when you combine a dash of strength training, a sprinkle of barre, a dollop of bootcamp, and a dusting of yoga? You get Fusion80! Fusion80 is a creative compilation of movements to challenge your body and mind.


Personal training is a great option for everybody. Maybe you’re new to the gym scene, or you just want to get in shape. Perhaps you’re coming back from — or preventing — injury as an athlete of another sport. Strength and conditioning training can benefit everyone of all ages and walks of life. Coach Rachel is also a certified running coach. In addition to single-athlete coaching, she offers a couple group training options each year. She is also the head coach of Kids Run the Nation Cleveland. KRTN is an inclusive, nationwide youth running program.
